You are welcome to book the experience at your own sauna, or ask us about our partner saunas, such as the Krapi saunas by Lake Tuusula.

We will explore the traditional uses of wild herbs and their beneficial properties. When the season and surroundings allow, we will gather wild herbs from the area around the sauna and use them in our sauna treatments.

During the winter season, we use herbs that have been harvested and dried during the previous summer.

You will learn about the traditional wellbeing benefits of different herbs and how you can use them at home.

Do you know which herbs can help you feel refreshed or relaxed? Or which ones have traditionally been used to soothe aches or support the healing of minor wounds?

During your sauna experience, you will create your own natural, pampering treatments using pure ingredients from nature: a wild herb foot bath, a body salt scrub and a clay face mask.

Alongside wild herbs, we use ingredients such as honey, salt, clay and other natural products.

The experience may include:

• Gathering wild herbs or exploring our selection of dried herbs

• Preparing your herbal foot bath

• Moving into the sauna

• Applying the body scrub and letting it work in the gentle heat of the sauna

• Enjoying the herbal foot bath and clay face mask in the warmth of the sauna

• Finishing the experience with a refreshing herbal drink

You can enjoy the treatments at your own pace, taking time to cool off in between and simply relax in the sauna while enjoying the wellbeing benefits of nature's own ingredients.

The experience begins with approximately 30–60 minutes before entering the sauna, depending on whether we gather the herbs together or use herbs prepared in advance.

We recommend allowing approximately two hours for the sauna experience itself.
